The best thing about Willow Lake was that it was convenient for a stop at Johnson Space Center and anything else you may be visiting in the southeast part of Houston. I wouldn’t call it much of a resort. Sites are rather short and VERY close together. Neighbors talking, grilling (not supposed to happen) and smoking within several feet of your open windows. No privacy at all and no one around to keep a handle on things after hours.
Bathrooms were clean and showers had very hot water but in this case, that’s not enough to consider a return visit for us. Wi-Fi was totally useless even early in the morning.
