Not nearly as noisy as one would expect. They have potable water and a dump station. An unidentified organization was serving coffee and cookies on the other side of the lot. When we finally gave it up for the night we were one of about half a dozen RVs in the lot. Not spectacular but not a Walmart loading dock either.
